Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Venom Chase 3D game for Android (“the app”) handles, why it is needed, and the choices you have. The app is published by BugFixers (“we”, “us”), bugfixers.in.

What we collect

We do not collect personal information directly. The app has no registration, login, chat or social features, and it does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, files or precise location.

The only information involved in using the app is the game data stored on your device, described below, and the information that Google’s advertising services collect when ads are shown.

Game data on your device

To remember your progress, the app saves the following on your device only:

• your coin balance
• stars earned and best scores for each level
• which snakes you have unlocked and which one is selected
• your sound and music settings
• how many races you have finished, which is used to space out full-screen ads

We never receive this data. If Android backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may include it in your device backup, which is managed by Google under your account settings. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes it from your device.

Advertising

The app is free and is supported by ads from Google AdMob, delivered through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. You will see:

• a banner ad on the main menu
• a full-screen ad after some races
• optional rewarded ads, shown only when you tap a button that offers a reward (free coins, double coins, or an extra life in Survival mode)

Information Google collects

When ads are requested and shown, Google may automatically collect:

• device identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID
• your IP address, which can be used to estimate your general location (such as city or country)
• device and app details, such as device model, operating system version, language and app version
• ad interactions, such as which ads were shown, tapped or watched to the end
• diagnostic information related to ad delivery

Google uses this information to deliver ads, measure their performance, limit how often you see the same ad, prevent fraud and abuse, and, where you have allowed it, show ads that are more relevant to you. This data is collected by Google directly and handled under Google’s own policies; we do not receive it in a form that identifies you.

Tapping an ad may open a website or store page run by the advertiser. Their own privacy policy applies there, not this one.

Consent for personalised ads

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows Google’s consent form the first time you open it, before any personalised ads are served. If you don’t consent, Google may still show non-personalised ads, which rely on limited data such as the app you are using, frequency limits and fraud prevention.

To change your choice later, clear the app’s storage (Settings › Apps › Venom Chase 3D › Storage › Clear storage) and open the game again. The consent form will appear again. Note that this also resets your game progress.

Permissions

The app requests only these Android permissions:

• Internet and network state: to load ads and check whether you are online.
• Advertising ID: lets the ads SDK read your device’s advertising ID.
• Vibration: short haptic feedback when your snake crashes.

How information is used and shared

We use the on-device game data only to run the game: saving progress, applying your settings and deciding when to show a full-screen ad. We do not build profiles of players or track you across other apps ourselves.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Apart from Google collecting information through its advertising services as described above, no information from the app is shared with anyone.

Your choices and rights

• Reset or delete your advertising ID. Open Settings › Google › Ads (on some phones, Settings › Privacy › Ads). Deleting it stops apps from using it for ads.
• Turn off personalised ads. Use the same Ads settings, or My Ad Center for your Google account.
• Change your consent as described in Consent for personalised ads.
• Stop all collection by uninstalling the app.

Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act or US state privacy laws may give you rights to access, correct or delete your personal data. Because we don’t hold personal data about you, requests about advertising data are best made to Google through your Google account. You are always welcome to contact us and we will help where we can.

Children’s privacy

Venom Chase 3D is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will help get it removed.

Security and data transfers

Your game data stays on your device. Communication between the ads SDK and Google’s servers is encrypted in transit. Google may process advertising data in countries other than your own, including the United States, under the safeguards described in its privacy policy. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we keep the data the app handles to the minimum needed.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles information, for example by adding a new service, we will update this page and the date at the top. Please check it from time to time.
